New Lynn is one of West Auckland's main town centres and one of Auckland's best connected bus interchanges. New Lynn is a major interchange serving all of West Auckland. Routes 170, 171 and 172 are the connections to Titirangi, Laingholm and the Waitākere foothills — all departing from Stop C. Routes 152 and 154 connect to Henderson via Glen Eden. The Outer Link also terminates at New Lynn, providing connections to Mt Albert, Pt Chevalier, Westmere, Herne Bay, Newmarket and Parnell.
